EMS offers complete Tanker Inspections, Repair, Maintenance, and Custom Fabrication Services in our Eugene, Oregon facility. We also have mobile emergency roadside assistance, available 24/7 to our existing clients. We have qualified DOT inspectors on staff.
Annual Inspections
EMS has DOT qualified cargo tank inspectors on site. All cargo tanks are required to be inspected and tested before they can be filled with anything and transported.
Tank testing includes an internal and external visual inspection and test, a lining inspection, a pressure test, a leakage test, and a thickness test.
Tank Repair and Services
EMS does general repair & maintenance, including: alignment, frame straightening, specification & code repairs, brake jobs, suspension repair & replacement, and much more. We also do wreck repair, custom fabrication, and offer 24/7 emergency repair services to our fleet customers.
